Common questions before a pilot
-
Which identity providers does VerifyID work with?
VerifyID is provider-agnostic. It can front Entra ID, Cognito, Okta, Auth0, Keycloak, IdProxy, or a custom account platform with a secure integration path.
-
How long is a typical rollout?
It depends on your environment and the providers in scope. VerifyID runs in your own infrastructure, so the pace follows your change process.
-
What happens to existing accounts?
VerifyID works with the existing account in your chosen provider. No parallel directory is required.
-
How is the audit trail structured?
One structured event per verification: provider, assurance, claims, account action, and operator.
-
Where is the service hosted?
European regions, EU/EEA by default. You pick the residency.
